Our landscaping stager, Conrado Loera, always goes above and beyond for our clients. He understands that preparing the home’s landscaping is about making small changes that make a big difference in curb appeal. It can be as simple as pruning and adding brightly colored flowers to creating new flower beds. If needed, Conrado can assist with other landscaping needs such as sprinkler adjustments or the addition of drip lines.
HOME PREPARATION
We are pleased to refer Ali Cooper and Matt Tanaka for all home preparation needs. They can accomplish a wide range of tasks, from handyman chores to painting and electrical, from packing and temporary storage to basic staging. After touring the property, they will create a Home Preparation Report, listing recommended tasks and an estimate for each one. That way, the client can choose which ones to do and keep the process within their budget.
