REALTOR® is a registered trademark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Membership is voluntary, therefore not all licensees are REALTORS®. A member of NAR subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses. As well, they have demonstrated professional expertise. Fewer than 38,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation indicates that Cheyenne has attended 90 hours of classroom instruction in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (“REBAC”) of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Cheyenne hails from Tenafly, New Jersey. He moved to Pasadena in 1998. In 2016, he and family moved to Sparr Heights. He loves espresso, theatre and running. As his two boys progressed through public school, he volunteered frequently in their classes. In addition to being a Realtor, he is also a professional actor and writer.
