  • I pledge to counsel, inform and serve my clients in a manner that exceeds my clients’ expectations.
  • I pledge to place my clients’ best interests above my own.
  • I pledge to respond to all calls within 24 hours, and try to respond within the first hour.
  • I pledge to keep my clients informed of new listings as soon as they come on the market.
  • I pledge to provide back-up REALTOR® support should I ever be unavailable.
  • I pledge to solve any problems that occur during a transaction.
  • I pledge to utilize all media to market listings, according to the wishes of the client.
  • I pledge to fully inform my clients regarding all decisions and honor their choices.
  • I pledge to present all offers in person whenever possible.  In an age of faxed multiple offers, face to face presentation sometimes is the reason why that offer is accepted over the others.
  • I pledge to hold open houses every weekend until a house is sold, if that is the wishes of the client.
  • I pledge to assist my clients in finding physical inspectors, lenders, contractors, title reps, appraisers, home insurance agents, home warranty agents, handymen, electricians, plumbers, chimney specialists, asbestos abatement specialist, HVAC specialists and any other requests pertaining to maintaining a house or buying and selling a house.
  • I pledge ongoing real estate education and pass that knowledge on to my clients.
  • I pledge a lifelong commitment to my clients.
